The residential and industrial zone owners of Dholera SIR smart city will be eligible for perks of state of the art infrastructure, security, and metropolitan services. These services also include modern traffic management systems, smart city security facilities, power plants, the Main Boulevard, sustainable environment, greenbelt, water treatment plant, and solid waste management.

These villages don’t come under the Dholera SIR scheme for any future development and expansion. So, a separate Village Panchayat Scheme will manage the development of these villages. Also, individual developers will handle the residential plotting of outside Dholera boundary schemes and it will act as purchasing any land in a village.
